Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MLS GO at Crossbar Denton

All requests for refunds must be received no later than 7 days after registration close via The National Soccer Seeds MLS GO (Seeds MLS GO) office at admin@thenationalsoccerroots.com. All requests for refunds must be initiated by the player’s parent or legal guardian using via email for refund request. A coach may not request a refund on behalf of the player. Only players for whom Seeds MLS GO cannot provide a team, on which a child can play, will be refunded registration and late fees. Refunds received prior to registration close will be minus a $7 administrative processing fee. All other refunds submitted AFTER registration close will be minus a 50% administrative processing fee. Play Fund Grants receive NO refunds. The following guidelines will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be given to a player after he/she has placed on a team. If the family discount was applied, it will be deducted from the refund as applicable. Late fees are not refundable. Online transaction fees are never refundable. All refunds to credit card or checks will be issued no earlier than after practices begin. If payment has been to Seeds MLS GO with a credit card, a credit will be issued back to the card used.
