The MLS GO PLAY FUND offers financial assistance for MLS GO participants nationwide. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered for the 2024 MLS GO PLAY FUND grant cycle.

Application Acknowledgments: 

The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application. 

Funding is only provided for participants of MLS GO programs and funds will not be provided for other youth soccer programs. 

The MLS GO PLAY FUND has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support. 

Incomplete applications will automatically be declined. 

Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee receiving funding for future seasons. 

Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations. This includes if you have already registered your child for this upcoming season (funding will be not provided in a reimbursement style). 

To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $74,580 and free or reduced lunch is provided for the participant. Proof of both will be required.

All funds will be sent directly to The National Soccer Roots and not to the parent/guardian. 

The league/organization you are applying for is The National Soccer Roots (copy-n-paste into form).
